You can attend any one of our auctions with the knowledge that you are entering into a fun and exciting experience! We welcome new customers and experienced auction goers alike.
We generally have a couple of auctioneers selling in different areas at the same time. Don't be intimidated! We're here to assist in any way we can. Have a question? Just ask one of friendly team members wearing a Chana Auction Barn Staff shirt. We can explain how an auction works, what the route of sale is and any other queries you may have.
This is a casual setting, not stuffy at all. Fun loving folks and great merchandise make a perfect mix for your auction experience.
We sell for many consignors on any given auction day. We suggest you reserve table space about 2 weeks prior to the day you want to sell. You bring your items in and set them up how YOU want them to sell. Sundays from 10-2 or Mondays from 8-4 are the normal set up times for a Tuesday auction. If you are bringing in animals, those sell only on Tuesday mornings. We ask that you be here no later than 8:30 so they can be tagged and ready to sell right when the auction starts. Farm fresh eggs sell right at 9 and then animals right after that. They must arrive humanely in a cage or secured box and leave in the same manner.
We also offer the service of picking up your items and processing them through the auction for you. This is generally for full house contents or a large volume of items.
Often times, a full home needing to be liquidated can be very overwhelming, especially during a difficult time. Let us handle it for you. Our service will leave the house empty - totally. Other options, such as estate sales, cannot make that claim. You don't want to be burdened with items after the sale that no one bought. We arrive with a team, pack up the whole thing and transport it to our facility and process it through auction there. Your property is empty and ready to put on the market.
We'll come to your house and look at what you have at no cost or obligation to you.

All customers must register at the office of get a "bidder number" if you want to participate in the auction via buying or selling. You must be at least 18 years of age and present a current valid photo i.d. for us to copy for our files. (This information is not shared in any way). Once you get a number you can bid on the items you want and then check out when you are done. We do take cash, check or charge. There is an 8% buyers premium added to all purchases with a 3% discount for cash or check. All items are sold as is how is with no warranties or guarantees implied. Once the auctioneer says sold, it is your responsibility to safeguard your items.
